4 live online sessions via Zoom


Schedule

  • Mondays, 5:00-6:00pm ET

  • January 26, February 2, February 9, and February 16, 2026

Between Sessions

  • Set your own practice goal based on where you’re starting (we’ll guide you)

  • Use the audio recordings I provide to practice on your own

  • DM me questions anytime — I respond within 24 hours

About Your Instructor

I'm Erica, and I've been teaching meditation since 2018 after 20 years of personal practice. I'm a certified meditation instructor through the Gaja Collective (formerly Chopra Center).

But here's what matters more: I built my meditation practice while leading teams in global tech firms. I know what it's like to juggle high-pressure roles, big goals, and the feeling that there's never enough time. Meditation didn't make me less ambitious—it made me more effective, more present, and a whole lot less exhausted.
