From an early age, I was that precocious child with big ideas, big questions, and big goals. Whether leading a team, nurturing a family, or exploring spiritual questions, my path has always been about deepening understanding and bringing out the best in myself and others. Through seasons of challenge and transformation in my own life, I’ve learned that real growth doesn’t come from collecting more information, but from lived experience, reflection, and an openness to discover what’s next.

Bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience from global financial services and technology companies, I’ve led teams responsible for $287 million in annual revenue. My career spans leadership roles at Ingenico, Cayan (helping drive a $1.1B exit), Fiserv, and RBS Worldpay, and more—and it’s brought me here to you today.
After discovering how mindfulness practices transformed my own executive performance while managing a chronic illness, I was compelled to help other leaders like you achieve sustainable success. Today, I work with corporate teams, executives, and individuals to build confidence and authentic executive presence, develop mental resilience and focus, foster genuine collaboration, cultivate organizational agility, and reignite value-driven performance.
I hold an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University, completed the Executive Program in Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College, and am a Certified Meditation Instructor. My approach combines proven business strategies with practical mindfulness-based tools—meditation optional.
