Once I gave myself permission to explore without needing to "get it right," something shifted. The practice felt invigorating.

I discovered that cultivating stillness on the meditation cushion wasn't the end goal. Rather, cultivating stronger presence throughout the rest of my day was. The paradox surprised me.

First, I learned to cultivate presence in challenging situations. This resulted in sharper focus and increased confidence when facing uncertainty.
